About the Founder
Alchemy was founded by a former public-sector executive whose career has spanned senior leadership roles inside utilities and public-sector organizations, as well as management and utility consulting.
Before launching Alchemy, the firm’s founder led strategy, finance, technology, and complex negotiations from both sides of the table—responsible not only for advising on initiatives, but for scoping, implementing, and owning outcomes in environments shaped by regulation, capital intensity, and public accountability.
